CENT Divided 2017-10-12T10:32:00+00:00

CENT Divided was a great success this year!  We welcomed hundreds of people to The CENTer for great food, games, and prizes.  The most memorable part, though, was an epic battle for charity.  The Mason City Fire Department came away the winners in our first-ever Jell-O eating contest!  Here’s the breakdown of donations:

Hawkeye Harvest Food Bank: $500 (represented by Mason City Fire Department in the contest)

My Happy Haven: $250 (represented by Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office in the contest)

Our Loving Children: $250 (represented by Mason City Police Department in the contest)

Muscular Dystrophy Association: $500 (match from CENT to the charity chosen by the winner)

Unit 18 Officers’ Association: $250 (match from CENT to the charity chosen by the non-winner)

Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office Employee Social Club: $250 (match from CENT to the charity chosen by the non-winner)
